Yes — Pennsylvania CRNPs may prescribe amphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, when they have current prescriptive authority approval, prescribe within their specialty and physician prescriptive authority collaborative agreement, and the agreement identifies Schedule II authority.14

For amphetamine, the Schedule II prescription may not exceed a 30-day supply as identified in the collaborative agreement.2 A CRNP authorized to prescribe controlled substances must also hold DEA registration, and Pennsylvania PDMP checks apply when required for controlled-substance prescribing.35 Prescriptive authority approval also requires at least 45 hours of advanced pharmacology coursework.

CRNPs may not prescribe Schedule I controlled substances, may not delegate prescriptive authority, and this answer does not resolve Schedule V authority.
