About me
Biography
Dr David Fallat, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency. He has over 30 years of experience, the first 12 of which were in a community mental health center, treating the most complicated mood, anxiety, psychotic and substance abuse disorders. He now operates his own private practice and has extensive experience in telemedicine. He has been collaborating with NP's for over 30 years.
