How often does a collaborative agreement need to be reviewed in Wisconsin?

In Wisconsin, a collaborative agreement does not have a mandated review interval. Wisconsin law does not specify how often it must be reviewed or amended.

However, APNPs must document the collaborative relationship with a physician or dentist, which is defined as working together, in each other’s presence when necessary, within the APNP’s training, education, and experience1.
