As a hospitalist, I have consistently delivered high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal outcomes. In the primary care, geriatrics, and urgent care settings, I have demonstrated a commitment to patient-centered care, effectively managing chronic conditions, preventive screenings, and a wide range of acute presentations. As the Center Medical Director, I oversee the clinical operations and performance of a multidisciplinary team of five physicians, serving a diverse patient population of over 2,000 individuals.

Dr. Landfield has extensive experience as a practicing and collaborating physician. He is a full time board certified practicing physician with a successful practice and has received numerous patient choice and patient quality awards. He has experience as a collaborating physician and medical director for mental health, aesthetics, weight loss, and other clinics and is very responsive to and available for collaborating providers.
