Hello! I am a board-certified family medicine physician with over 12 years of clinical experience in primary care, hospital medicine, and academic teaching. Currently, I split time between Montana and North Carolina, working with a remote telehealth HRT/weight loss/longevity practice in Montana and working as a hospitalist roughly 1 week every 4 - 6 weeks back in North Carolina. I enjoy working with PAs and NPs to help support their clinical practice as they pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. My wife is a PA, so I understand the importance of having a strong relationship with a supportive medical director and collaborating physician. I strive to provide reliable, accessible supervision for both telemedicine and in-person settings. I am an Internal Medicine physician with over 6 years of experience of collaborating with med spas, IV infusion clinics, and medical weight loss clinics. I have injection training and experience in toxin and filler, as well as a certification in Kybella, Sculptra, Skinvive and filler complications management. I also have several courses in GLP1 management and currently prescribe them in my practice. I have been a practicing hospitalist for over 12 years now in Michigan and am licensed in multiple states where I currently collaborate.

Dr. Gater grew up in the suburbs outside of Detroit, Michigan. She received both her undergraduate degree and a medical doctorate from the University of Michigan and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.Being a steadfast advocate for health and wellness prompted Dr. Gater to seek additional training in Integrative Medicine. Integrative Medicine is healing-oriented and focuses on the whole person, including their mind, body, and spirit. She completed her Fellowship in Integrative Medicine in 2009 under Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona. She is currently a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with a focus on Integrative and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Gater's focus is to help her patient’s live their best lives through health and wellness. She specializes in weight loss, health coaching and holistic health care.

I am dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and have worked in Primary Care for 23 years. For the last 7 years I have practiced in my own successful independent Direct Primary Care Clinic in Loveland Colorado. I have an ongoing collaboration with a Physician's Assistant during this time, as well as previous experience with supervision/collaboration. I enjoy mentorship, and my philosophy is to support and be readily available and approachable, as well as encouraging independence. I am passionate about preventative care and longevity, as well as being an advocate for patients and thinking outside of the traditional systems of care. I currently practice as a hospitalist in New York and have served as a medical director for IV hydration and medical spa in NY. Dr. Danny Garcia is a Spanish-speaking, board-certified Family Medicine physician based in Long Beach, California. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2015 and holds a Master of Public Health from UCLA, reflecting his strong commitment to population health, prevention, and health equity. Dr. Garcia completed his Family Medicine residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, where he trained primarily at the renowned Henry Ford Hospital – Main Campus. During residency, he served as Chief Resident, demonstrating leadership, clinical excellence, and a commitment to medical education. He currently practices as an attending physician serving the Long Beach community. His clinical expertise includes diabetes management, women’s health, addiction medicine, chronic disease management, and mental health care, delivered through a patient-centered and culturally responsive approach.
