Lately, in addition to trying to save lives and brain from catastrophe, I've developed an interest in helping support those who want to pursue clinical practice on their own with collaboration, medical directorship, PC ownership advisory and consultation so that we can help patients optimize their healthspan, esthetic appearance, weight control, and ultimately functional quality of life! In addition to being board certified in the above mentioned specialties, I'm pursuing board certification in Functional Medicine (with the Institute of Functional Medicine) and Obesity Medicine (through the American Board of Obesity Medicine). I’m a general practice physician based in Atlanta with a secondary residence in SC.

I am a Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine physician and have been working in primary and urgent care for more than 14 years and have been collaborating with APPs for more than half of these. I have worked in outpatient, academic, urgent care and telemedicine settings and enjoy the diversity it offers. My particular interests are in women’s health, preventive care and musculoskeletal issues. I am also a clinical preceptor and coach for students in the health professions which is rewarding and energizing. I truly find working in a team-based environment with people from different backgrounds and experiences is ideal as we all have something to contribute towards improving the health and wellbeing of our patients. I have 14 years of experience in the private practice of medicine. I am trained as an obstetrician/gynecologist. Three years ago I went into fully outpatient practice and opened my own med spa as well. Sevices that I provide include Intense Pulse Light (IPL) hair removal and skin tightening, radiofrequency body coutouring and vaginal rejuvenation, menopausal wellness and hormone replacement, as well as medical weight loss. I am currently Medical director of two local spas in my state and one remote IV therapy provider. I review protocols for these locations, as well as provide support and guidance where needed.
