Hi I'm Michael. I'm an Osteopathic Physician board certified in Emergency Medicine. I grew up on the space coast of Florida. Went to undergrad and medical school in South Florida. I then moved up to West Virginia where I did my residency in emergency medicine. After that I had an brief stay living in Pittsburgh before finally settling down here in East Tennessee. I'm married with 2 kids. My sister who I'm close with lives up here and is a nurse practitioner practicing in aesthetics.

Dr Herbert was born in Washington DC and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She attended Yale University receiving a BA in Biology followed by an MD degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Martin Luther King Hospital in Compton, California. Her career highlights include being Assistant Director for 2 Emergency Departments, and Medical Director of an Emergency Department and EMS Medical Director its surrounding county. After 30 years of active practice in EM, she attained board certification in Lifestyle Medicine and transitioned to being medical director of a private telehealth wellness practice. Administratively, she spends her time as medical director of the US Postal Inspection Service and brings lifestyle performance coaching to the development of their health and wellness programming. She

Dr. Jackson is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 10 years of clinical experience in high-acuity emergency department settings. With a strong background in overseeing and mentoring midlevel providers, she has played a key role in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care in fast-paced environments. In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Jackson has expanded into telehealth, gaining experience in managing diverse patient populations, including obesity medicine. She is committed to supporting advanced practice providers through clinical oversight, professional development, and adherence to best practices in patient care.

Helo everyone!. I am a Board certified ER physician with over 23 years of experience. I've held multiple roles in the department including Medical Director, Director of Education, Vice Chair, and Quality Champion. Currently I am licenced in New York, New Jersey, Kentucky, Florida and Iowa. I am starting a new chapter in my career and I have opened and growing Wellness Clinic in South Florida where I will be focusing on therapies that will support traditional Western Medicine. I have a specia interest in Stem cell therapy for chronic pain, inflammatory illness, hair regeneration, and aesthetics. Additionally, I am offering ketamine therapy for mental health and chronic pain management. I have personal experience in how these therapies work and I truely believe that they can reshape how medicine is practiced. I have practiced Emergency Medicine in the metro Atlanta area for over 15 years. I have had the privilege of working alongside some amazing PA's and NP's during my time and have always found the experience rewarding and productive. I look forward to using my experience to collaborate with providers in the state of Georgia.
