Dr. Rachelle Savalli is a board-certified family medicine physician with a focus in telehealth and collaborations. She is licensed in all 50 states plus DC. Dr. Savalli is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across the nation. She is an American Board of Obesity Medicine Diplomate. She is also currently pursuing a certification in Longevity Medicine as well. Dr. Savalli possesses broad clinical experience across various healthcare settings. She began her career in traditional primary care and urgent care practices before transitioning to telemedicine, where she has practiced weight loss, urgent care, lifestyle medicine and more. This shift into telehealth has allowed her to fulfill her passion for reaching diverse populations, delivering patient-centered care to individuals in need, regardless of their location. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Savalli is a devoted wife and proud mother to two wonderful children. She is driven by her belief in the power of medicine to improve lives.

Wendy has been practicing family medicine for over 25 years with an expertise in integrative psychiatry, functional medicine, women's health/ BHRT, weight loss, IV nutrition, primary and urgent care of all ages. I love to collaborate with APCs and have been for > 10 years. I enjoy mentoring/teaching and learning / brain storming with APCs especially about root causes and holistic, cutting edge, and evidence based approaches. I work 4 days a week at a virtual, functional medicine practice and invest 1 day for collaborations. I am free all day Fridays, late afternoons, and evenings, too. I would like to ensure that accessible and affordable health care is available to patients and believe in the mission of APCs to offer such care.

Dr Herbert was born in Washington DC and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She attended Yale University receiving a BA in Biology followed by an MD degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Martin Luther King Hospital in Compton, California. Her career highlights include being Assistant Director for 2 Emergency Departments, and Medical Director of an Emergency Department and EMS Medical Director its surrounding county. After 30 years of active practice in EM, she attained board certification in Lifestyle Medicine and transitioned to being medical director of a private telehealth wellness practice. Administratively, she spends her time as medical director of the US Postal Inspection Service and brings lifestyle performance coaching to the development of their health and wellness programming. She

Dr. Lakhan collaborates with NPs and PAs across various states to advance healthcare, providing mentorship, sharing insights, and fostering professional growth. He welcomes opportunities to enhance patient outcomes and drive the future of healthcare with respect, expertise, and shared vision.

Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASM is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine;  a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health- now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County and an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently holds board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine.     Dr. Josey has dedicated her career to social justice, mental health, wound care, chronic pain, and mitigating the opioid crisis in suburban and urban areas. Dr. Josey can currently assist with asynchronous consults, supervision and directorship, but no synchronous consults or direct patient visits at this time.

My emergency medicine residency was in Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL and I've been practicing emergency medicine for the last 17 years in the metropolitan Atlanta area. My primary hospital is one of the busiest ED's in the country. I've been training medical residents for the last 8 years.

Hey there! My name is Alaa. I was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I moved to Georgia for residency and loved it so I stayed after. I am super excited to be working with NP's to fill the healthcare gap we have in the USA. I am huge on communication, protocols, organization and team work. Dr. Haris Manan is an Internal Medicine physician at the University of South Alabama and former Chief Resident of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is dedicated to compassionate, patient centered care and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Recognized with multiple honors including Best Teaching Resident, the Denzil Les Sockwell Memorial Humanitarian Award, and induction into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Dr. Manan is dedicated to clinical excellence, mentorship, and service. He has contributed to numerous research publications and national presentations, with interests in cardiology, complex internal medicine, and quality improvement. He also founded the Care Closet initiative to support hospitalized patients in need, reflecting his belief that healing extends beyond prescriptions and procedures. Dr. Manan welcomes collaboration with nurse practitioners who value teamwork, communication, and putting patients first.
