I am a Family Physician with over 15 years of experience in full spectrum primary and urgent care as well as geriatrics and long term care/hospice. Over the past 5-6years I have become increasingly interested in lifestyle coaching, health, wellness, functional medicine, longevity and aesthetics. Dr. Landfield has extensive experience as a practicing and collaborating physician. He is a full time board certified practicing physician with a successful practice and has received numerous patient choice and patient quality awards. He has experience as a collaborating physician and medical director for mental health, aesthetics, weight loss, and other clinics and is very responsive to and available for collaborating providers.

I, Dr. Emily Farias, MD am a board-certified family medicine physician with broad experience in preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and women’s health. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her residency at Loma Linda University. I have experience across varied clinical settings—including primary care, home visits, assisted living facilities, and the Veterans Administration—managing complex cases while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I am passionate about delivering holistic care, evidence-based medicine, and tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. I have a strong interest in leadership and mentorship, frequently collaborating with mid-level providers (formal and informal settings), medical students, and residents.

I am a family physician that has been in practice for nearly 25 years. I have extensive experience in all aspects of family medicine, including weight loss and preventative medicine. I also do quite a bit of telemedicine and have experience in Urgent Care and emergency medicine. I have experience collaborating with Advanced Practice Prescribers in the areas of chronic care, mental health, preventative medicine, weight loss and esthetic medicine. I look forward to collaborating with well trained and energetic APPs.

I am a practicing family physician for over a decade with extensive experience mentoring, teaching and collaborating with both nurse practitioners and physician assistants. I have trained and directly supervised (in -person) many mid-levels in the primary care setting. Remotely, I have have collaborated and supervised eight mid-levels ( nurse practitioners and physician assistants) simultaneously in the urgent care setting for over a year. In my previous practices, I have had the opportunity to train nurse practitioners who had just began their medical journey. Teaching medical advances has been a strong suit early in my training as I served as a chief resident in my Family Medicine program at Rochester Regional Health. During my tenure as the chief resident, I was able to directly supervise students and junior residents and had the opportunity to work beside nurse practitioners. Currently I have taken a new role as the Chief Medical Officer at the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center Decatur clinic. I am currently licensed in both Georgia and Florida and am planning to reinstate my state license in Pennsylvania. I am versed in numerous EMR systems including EPIC, Meditech, CPRS, MedENT, E-clinical Works . I am currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center ( Decatur clinic).

Dr. Whitehead began his higher education at Chipola College where he was a founding member of the Chipola PreMed Society and the groundbreaking ACE lab. He would go on to graduate from the Florida State University with Honors, majoring in Classics and a minor in Chemistry. While at FSU Dr. Whitehead defended his thesis of the history of malaria in the ancient world as part of FSU’s Honors in the Major program. He was early accepted into the Florida State University College of Medicine where he received his medical degree. Dr. Whitehead was involved with the Family Medicine Scholars Program as well as the Rural Medicine Interest Group. After graduation from the College of Medicine, Dr. Whitehead completed his residency in Family Medicine with the TMH Family Medicine Residency Program where he served as Chief Resident. During this time he also become the only resident in the country to complete his senior year of residency while simultaneously completing an HIV Specialist fellowship program. In his role as medical director for a local HIV and primary care healthcare center, he cares for individuals living with HIV in the Florida Panhandle, South Alabama, and Mississippi Gulf Coast. He also serves as the principal investigator in ongoing clinical trials in the North Florida region. He is a clerkship faculty member for the Florida State University College of Medicine.

Hi I'm Michael. I'm an Osteopathic Physician board certified in Emergency Medicine. I grew up on the space coast of Florida. Went to undergrad and medical school in South Florida. I then moved up to West Virginia where I did my residency in emergency medicine. After that I had an brief stay living in Pittsburgh before finally settling down here in East Tennessee. I'm married with 2 kids. My sister who I'm close with lives up here and is a nurse practitioner practicing in aesthetics.

Dr. Rachelle Savalli is a board-certified family medicine physician with a focus in telehealth and collaborations. She is licensed in all 50 states plus DC. Dr. Savalli is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across the nation. She is an American Board of Obesity Medicine Diplomate. She is also currently pursuing a certification in Longevity Medicine as well. Dr. Savalli possesses broad clinical experience across various healthcare settings. She began her career in traditional primary care and urgent care practices before transitioning to telemedicine, where she has practiced weight loss, urgent care, lifestyle medicine and more. This shift into telehealth has allowed her to fulfill her passion for reaching diverse populations, delivering patient-centered care to individuals in need, regardless of their location. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Savalli is a devoted wife and proud mother to two wonderful children. She is driven by her belief in the power of medicine to improve lives.

Wendy has been practicing family medicine for over 25 years with an expertise in integrative psychiatry, functional medicine, women's health/ BHRT, weight loss, IV nutrition, primary and urgent care of all ages. I love to collaborate with APCs and have been for > 10 years. I enjoy mentoring/teaching and learning / brain storming with APCs especially about root causes and holistic, cutting edge, and evidence based approaches. I work 4 days a week at a virtual, functional medicine practice and invest 1 day for collaborations. I am free all day Fridays, late afternoons, and evenings, too. I would like to ensure that accessible and affordable health care is available to patients and believe in the mission of APCs to offer such care.
