Dr. Rachelle Savalli is a board-certified family medicine physician with a focus in telehealth and collaborations. She is licensed in all 50 states plus DC. Dr. Savalli is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across the nation. She is an American Board of Obesity Medicine Diplomate. She is also currently pursuing a certification in Longevity Medicine as well. Dr. Savalli possesses broad clinical experience across various healthcare settings. She began her career in traditional primary care and urgent care practices before transitioning to telemedicine, where she has practiced weight loss, urgent care, lifestyle medicine and more. This shift into telehealth has allowed her to fulfill her passion for reaching diverse populations, delivering patient-centered care to individuals in need, regardless of their location. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Savalli is a devoted wife and proud mother to two wonderful children. She is driven by her belief in the power of medicine to improve lives.

Wendy has been practicing family medicine for over 25 years with an expertise in integrative psychiatry, functional medicine, women's health/ BHRT, weight loss, IV nutrition, primary and urgent care of all ages. I love to collaborate with APCs and have been for > 10 years. I enjoy mentoring/teaching and learning / brain storming with APCs especially about root causes and holistic, cutting edge, and evidence based approaches. I work 4 days a week at a virtual, functional medicine practice and invest 1 day for collaborations. I am free all day Fridays, late afternoons, and evenings, too. I would like to ensure that accessible and affordable health care is available to patients and believe in the mission of APCs to offer such care.

I trained in New York medical college in internal medicine and I am also board certified in Obesity . I have 4 years experience as a hospitalist and have worked with different specialties APPs

Dr. Jackson is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 10 years of clinical experience in high-acuity emergency department settings. With a strong background in overseeing and mentoring midlevel providers, she has played a key role in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care in fast-paced environments. In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Jackson has expanded into telehealth, gaining experience in managing diverse patient populations, including obesity medicine. She is committed to supporting advanced practice providers through clinical oversight, professional development, and adherence to best practices in patient care.

Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASM is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine;  a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health- now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County and an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently holds board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine.     Dr. Josey has dedicated her career to social justice, mental health, wound care, chronic pain, and mitigating the opioid crisis in suburban and urban areas. Dr. Josey can currently assist with asynchronous consults, supervision and directorship, but no synchronous consults or direct patient visits at this time.

I am a board certified psychiatrist and an esteemed Diplomate of the ABPN. I am fully trained in both Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I received my psychiatry training at University of Maryland and attended Johns Hopkins Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship program. I offer a thoughtful, comprehensive assessment to discuss and weigh out the role that medications could play to support your process of change. My goal is to provide the expert psychiatric care that will allow you to perform at your personal and professional best. I have special expertise in treating individuals who have medical illnesses and are in need of medication support as a component of their care. I collaborate regularly with your therapist/PCP to discuss and plan your best, most effective treatment course. Not everyone needs medications. I make every attempt to streamline or reduce medications when possible, but help develop effective, safe regimens in cases when medications are truly necessary. I have more than 15 years of experience working in diverse clinical settings, including Duke University, Care Medical, MISTR, and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. In each of these roles, my responsibilities included supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants. My background includes extensive mental health experience, functional medicine training, a Master’s in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania, and leadership experience as an interim medical director. I am licensed in multiple states and maintain an active DEA registration.
