Dr. Rachelle Savalli is a board-certified family medicine physician with a focus in telehealth and collaborations. She is licensed in all 50 states plus DC. Dr. Savalli is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across the nation. She is currently pursuing a certification in Obesity Medicine. Dr. Savalli possesses broad clinical experience across various healthcare settings. She began her career in traditional primary care and urgent care practices before transitioning to telemedicine, where she has practiced weight loss, urgent care, lifestyle medicine and more. This shift into telehealth has allowed her to fulfill her passion for reaching diverse populations, delivering patient-centered care to individuals in need, regardless of their location. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Savalli is a devoted wife and proud mother to two wonderful children. She is driven by her belief in the power of medicine to improve lives.

With over three decades of diverse healthcare experience, I am an accomplished physician executive dedicated to advancing health equity and driving clinical innovation. Board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, I have successfully navigated various domains including private practice, practice management, pharmaceutical trials, and correctional work. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Equity Medical Director at Evernorth a division of the Cigna Group, I lead strategic initiatives to infuse health equity into clinical programs and drive personalized, inclusive services. As a seasoned leader, I have spearheaded process improvement initiatives, developed evidence-based protocols, and supervised multidisciplinary teams. With a strong foundation in clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for community-based interventions, I am dedicated to transforming behavioral healthcare and promoting health equity for all. I pride myself on being an authentic leader who is focused on creating change through innovation. I promote inclusiveness both within our company and with the clients we serve. Dr. Janette Leal graduated from a combined internal medicine and psychiatry residency program at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She went on to specialize in geriatric Psychiatry at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. There, she worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry with a variety of diagnoses and cared for severely ill patients. She developed an interest in holistic psychiatry and psychedelic therapy and has enjoyed collaborating with PAs and NPs practicing psychiatry.

Dr. Jackson is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 10 years of clinical experience in high-acuity emergency department settings. With a strong background in overseeing and mentoring midlevel providers, she has played a key role in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care in fast-paced environments. In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Jackson has expanded into telehealth, gaining experience in managing diverse patient populations, including obesity medicine. She is committed to supporting advanced practice providers through clinical oversight, professional development, and adherence to best practices in patient care.

Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASM is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine;  a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health- now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County and an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently holds board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine.     Dr. Josey has dedicated her career to social justice, mental health, wound care, chronic pain, and mitigating the opioid crisis in suburban and urban areas. Dr. Josey can currently assist with asynchronous consults, supervision and directorship, but no synchronous consults or direct patient visits at this time.

Dr. Wendy Lin is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 23 years of clinical experience. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at a premier level 1 tertiary care trauma center in Los Angeles and has 51 state licenses practicing various types of telemedicine. She embraces being able to deliver efficient high quality care to all patients in person and virtually.
