I have been practicing psychiatry for over 35 years, in various roles. I have been a partner in private group practice, an executive in managed care, performed utilization review, worked in a prison, worked with various community mental health clinics in California, Iowa and Maryland (either with direct services or telehealth), and with ACT teams in Skid Row, Los Angeles and Brooklyn, NY. Most recently, I have been applying my experience and knowledge to collaborative care settings. This includes working with a company that does virtual collaborative care with primary care physicians, and with another where I provide psychiatric consultations and treatment on site in a primary care office that treats those with debilitating and serious medical illnesses. I look forward to continuing my work in supporting mid-level providers with developing their skills and practice, or simply being able to continue what they already do well.

She is also currently pursuing a certification in Longevity Medicine as well. Dr. Savalli possesses broad clinical experience across various healthcare settings. She began her career in traditional primary care and urgent care practices before transitioning to telemedicine, where she has practiced weight loss, urgent care, lifestyle medicine and more. This shift into telehealth has allowed her to fulfill her passion for reaching diverse populations, delivering patient-centered care to individuals in need, regardless of their location. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Savalli is a devoted wife and proud mother to two wonderful children. She is driven by her belief in the power of medicine to improve lives.

In addition to emergency medicine, Dr. Jackson has expanded into telehealth, gaining experience in managing diverse patient populations, including obesity medicine. Helo everyone!. I am a Board certified ER physician with over 23 years of experience. I've held multiple roles in the department including Medical Director, Director of Education, Vice Chair, and Quality Champion. Currently I am licenced in New York, New Jersey, Kentucky, Florida and Iowa. I am starting a new chapter in my career and I have opened and growing Wellness Clinic in South Florida where I will be focusing on therapies that will support traditional Western Medicine.
