Hello my name is Dr. Brett Levine and I am a family medicine physician. I recently moved to Denver, Colorado after a long stint in St. Petersburg, Florida where I started a successful direct primary care practice, LevMed Health in 2018. I am about to restart the journey from scratch in a new city and while my practice builds I hope to be a resource for other providers. I am passionate about primary care and recognize it's power as a potential solution to our healthcare woes that can be achieved in a much more compassionate manner than the status quo. I like what I do and feel fortunate to be in a position to help patients and other providers.

Dr. Chibuzo Casey Ohanaja, “Dr. Oh”, is a board-certified Primary Care Physician and board-eligible Sports Medicine Physician, dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals stay at the top of their game. As a former Division I recruited athlete, he understands the unique physical and mental demands of training, competition, and recovery. Dr. Oh specializes in non-surgical treatment of sports injuries, injury prevention, and performance optimization. He utilizes advanced tools like high-resolution musculoskeletal ultrasound and cutting-edge treatments including orthobiologics and science-backed exercise prescription and lifestyle modifications to get his patients back to doing what they love—stronger, faster, and smarter. Board Certified and Practicing Physician, I have worked in Urgent Care and Family Care Facilities. I now own and Practice at my own medical practice, helping out the local community and surrounding area. Unlike most Doctors in the area, I am not connected with any large hospital group, so I provide a more through medical visit.
