I am a board-certified internal medicine physician who is passionate about collaborative, team-based care to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care. With a strong focus on chronic disease management and a growing interest in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, longevity medicine, I values innovation, communication, and patient-centered approaches in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I am a board-certified internal medicine physician with approximately 10 years of experience in preventive and curative medicine in both clinic and hospital settings. I am also member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and specializes in providing cost-effective as well as quality medical care using evidence-based medicine to address acute, chronic and urgent health issues for patients aged 18 years and older. I value the importance of a good relationship with my patients, understanding their perspectives, engaging in active listening, showing compassion and providing educational support to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their health concerns. I have been collaborating with NPs/PAs for over 7 years for wound care, primary care, weight loss, mental health, aesthetics and wellness. I also provide supervision and oversight for APPs in states requiring such while providing guidance when starting up their remote or on-site practice . I also provide seamless communication for providers to reach me during and after work hours. I am an Internal Medicine physician with over 6 years of experience of collaborating with med spas, IV infusion clinics, and medical weight loss clinics. I have injection training and experience in toxin and filler, as well as a certification in Kybella, Sculptra, Skinvive and filler complications management. I also have several courses in GLP1 management and currently prescribe them in my practice. I have been a practicing hospitalist for over 12 years now in Michigan and am licensed in multiple states where I currently collaborate.

I am dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and have worked in Primary Care for 23 years. For the last 7 years I have practiced in my own successful independent Direct Primary Care Clinic in Loveland Colorado. I have an ongoing collaboration with a Physician's Assistant during this time, as well as previous experience with supervision/collaboration. I enjoy mentorship, and my philosophy is to support and be readily available and approachable, as well as encouraging independence.
