Hello! I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 6 years of clinical experience. I offer supervision and collaboration for psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants. I completed both my medical degree and psychiatry residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, with training focused on high-acuity psychiatric care and a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine. I currently practice outpatient psychiatry via hybrid in-clinic/telemedicine, working primarily with adult populations. I have a focus on integrative psychiatric principles. I provide thoughtful, accessible, and supportive supervision tailored to each provider’s level of experience and clinical setting. My approach emphasizes collaborative learning, sound clinical judgment, and high standards of patient care. Dr. Joseph Lalia received board-certification in Adult Psychiatry in 2016 shortly after completing a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry, and brings more than a decade of experience working in addiction, forensics, inpatient & outpatient psychiatry, men's health, and expert witness consultation.

Dr. Landfield has extensive experience as a practicing and collaborating physician. He is a full time board certified practicing physician with a successful practice and has received numerous patient choice and patient quality awards. He has experience as a collaborating physician and medical director for mental health, aesthetics, weight loss, and other clinics and is very responsive to and available for collaborating providers.

I am a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist with more the 20 years of clinical expertise in a variety of outpatient psychiatric settings. I have been practicing independently by providing psychiatric medication management, supervising clinical staff and collaborating with CRNPs.

I have been practicing psychiatry for over 35 years, in various roles. I have been a partner in private group practice, an executive in managed care, performed utilization review, worked in a prison, worked with various community mental health clinics in California, Iowa and Maryland (either with direct services or telehealth), and with ACT teams in Skid Row, Los Angeles and Brooklyn, NY. Most recently, I have been applying my experience and knowledge to collaborative care settings. This includes working with a company that does virtual collaborative care with primary care physicians, and with another where I provide psychiatric consultations and treatment on site in a primary care office that treats those with debilitating and serious medical illnesses. I look forward to continuing my work in supporting mid-level providers with developing their skills and practice, or simply being able to continue what they already do well.

Wendy has been practicing family medicine for over 25 years with an expertise in integrative psychiatry, functional medicine, women's health/ BHRT, weight loss, IV nutrition, primary and urgent care of all ages. I love to collaborate with APCs and have been for > 10 years. I enjoy mentoring/teaching and learning / brain storming with APCs especially about root causes and holistic, cutting edge, and evidence based approaches. I work 4 days a week at a virtual, functional medicine practice and invest 1 day for collaborations. I am free all day Fridays, late afternoons, and evenings, too. I would like to ensure that accessible and affordable health care is available to patients and believe in the mission of APCs to offer such care.

Dr. Denise Josey, MD, MPH, MS, FASM is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Josey earned her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Howard University College of Medicine;  a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Quantitative Methods (Biostatistics and Epidemiology) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ School of Public Health- now Rutgers University; and Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She completed her residency in Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine at the Florida Department of Health in Palm Beach County and an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently holds board certifications in both Addiction Medicine and Preventive Medicine/Public Health Medicine.     Dr. Josey has dedicated her career to social justice, mental health, wound care, chronic pain, and mitigating the opioid crisis in suburban and urban areas. Dr. Josey can currently assist with asynchronous consults, supervision and directorship, but no synchronous consults or direct patient visits at this time.

I am a board-certified adult and forensic psychiatrist with advanced training in psychotherapy, integrated care, and leadership experience in both private practice and academic settings. I am interested in collaborating with PMHNPs and looking for individuals with strong clinical skills, clear communication, professionalism, teamwork, and an openness to mentorship and ongoing quality improvement within a multidisciplinary care model.
